The US-China Trade Roundtable

On November 2nd, the US-China Trade Roundtable was hosted by MSQ Ventures in New York. Director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanghai Municipal Government, Director of Market Service Department from Shanghai Financial Service Office, Board Secretary of China Pacific Insurance (Group)Co., Ltd., Vice President of Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd., and Vice President of eastday.com attended in the discussion, giving significant insights into foreign trade policy. 

During the discussion, MSQ Ventures shared the experiences and achievements of US-China cross-border M&A, which aroused the attendees’ strong interests.  After the event, the key officials from Shanghai government offered an advisory relationship with MSQ Ventures and are willing to assist in currency control regulation, project landing, and other cross-border M&A related affairs.
