Hu from BioKatalyst, Kate Merton from Johnson & Johnson JLABS, John Xu from Jemincare USA, Mark Tang from Good Health Capital, and Catherine X. Pan-Giordano from Dorsey & Whitney LLP to discuss the China market dynamics, healthcare sector trends under new environment, latest applications, and other related matters.

The conference aimed to bring the latest information to practitioners and individuals who were genuinely excited about healthcare and provided an opportunity to be introduced to top-tier biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Healthcare is an evolving sector in China, especially within the recent years. The regulatory pathway, drug approval process, and the retail sectors have gone through several reformations. New policies by China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) encourage R&D for novel therapies and technology transfers through expedited review processes and favorable clinical and approval standards, in order to solve high unmet medical needs in areas such as cancer, immunology, neurology, and rare diseases.
