Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a B2B business development executive, who has healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience, and is motivated, personable, and dedicated for the healthcare industry. The business development executive will directly communicate with the C level executives of our business clients. The business development executive is expected to expand our client base, as well as maintain productive relationships with our potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining new relationships with potential business clients, including but not limited to send emails and attend face-to-face meetings

  • Manage the whole sales process, from generating leads to closing the transactions

  • Identify proactive competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns tailored to

    healthcare industries

  • Weekly reporting of all sales statistics & results.

  • Business to Business Development / Sales.

  • Create material for and attend healthcare events, campaigns, and conferences

  • Obtain client feedback and provide improvement suggestions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Degree in healthcare administration a plus!

  • 2-3 years B2B sales experience working in a healthcare/medical setting

  • Experience directly communicating with C level executives

  • Proven history of success in healthcare B2B sales

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrates organizational abilities and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and labor market information

  • Ability to integrate into local healthcare organizations and industry leader

Location: remote, we will WFH till the end of this year because of Covid-19
